Judges
Invite judges to your events and give them the judge panel: round timer, disputes, results, penalties, decklists on their phone and random deck checks.
A judge on the floor needs a player's list, the penalties already given and the clock — standing next to a table, not behind the TOM laptop. Judges puts all of that on their phone for every event you invite them to, and draws the deck checks at random so they stop going to whoever finishes first.

Add a judge by email from the desktop app; they accept on the website and the event shows up under their judging.

A share of the field drawn at random once per event, the whole top cut listed, and ticked off by judges and the organizer alike.
